Some customer's like Smith County use the Small Balance function of the Mortgage Tape Client.
First sign into the Mortgage tape Client.
Second select file in the top left corner and select small balance. (see attached image 1)
Third enter the Fiduciary Number the location you want the output file to be stored. (see attached image 2)
Fourth select the create small balance payment file.
(see attached example file what the completed payment file looks like.)
note// The payment file will include all years for the accounts in the payment file.
