How to Map a Drive for Exporting Documents "Cloud Users"

This is a guide that shows you how to create a local folder and map it to be easily used for exporting documents.


 


Step 1: Right click your start or windows icon and choose File Explorer

Step 2: Choose your local C:\ drive and create a new folder

  •  on the right  side on the open are simple right click and choose new folder. You can name it what you like. I decided to name mine Tax like you can see in the attachment.


Step 3: Now you have a new folder to export statements and documents to. 

  • From now on when you are using the export function in any of our applications you can use your newly created folder to save them to.
