How to add a receivable           

Procedure used when needing to add a receivable to an account.

 

You must have an open batch. Find Account, double click. Make sure you are on the year you need to add receivable to. Click the DETAILS tab

Click NEW at bottom right corner. Make sure Year and Tax unit is correct. Drop down options on Receivable Type and add the one you want. Enter an amount and SAVE.
