It is very important to make sure if a payment was made for the receivable, that it has been unpaid or reversed before removing the charges for the receivable. The receivable will stay on the account for historical integrity purposes.
1. On the Account Status screen, click the + next to the year the receivable was created
2. Double click on the Receivable the fee needs to be removed from
3. Click the Edit button
4. Change Amount Due and Total Due to 0.00. Click the Save button
You can see that the RECEIVABLE is still showing on the account, but has a Due amount of 0.00
