How to Create a Tax Certificate

1. Select Tax Certificates from the drop down under the Research tab.

2. In the Tax Certificate screen, click on the Create Certificates tab and click New in the bottom right hand corner.

3. Select Fiduciary. Type in the Fiduciary Number in the designated field and hit Enter. This will populate the Fid name in the Requested By field. Type in the account number in the Account Number field and then click Go Search in the Search Information section. This will populate the account and jurisdictions in the Accounts section. If the Tax Certificate will be Paid at Printing, select the Paid At Printing box in the Payment Information section otherwise, leave this blank. In the Output section, select Preview Window to preview and print the tax certificate, select Printer to send the tax certificate directly to the printer or Export to export the file then click the Print button.
