This Report is used when a taxpayer wants to know the total amount paid for the year on multiple accounts. Use this Report instead of pulling up each account individually.
1. Click on the Reports tab on the main TaxOffice 4 page.
2. Click on the Payment reports.
3. Click the star to the right of the report to favorite the report if applicable. Click the RUN button.
4. Enter the Owner Name and Year. Select the applicable tax units and click the RUN REPORT button.
5. Open the report from the downloads folder.
